Tualang honey is honey from wild giant bees that nest in the Tuarang tree in the tropical rainforests of Pahang, Malaysia. About 100 beehives are built in one tree. This honey is harvested by a group of professional honey harvesters called "honey hunters" among the "Orang Asli" (natives) who live in nearby villages. They climb these big trees with only traditional tools: a nail about 15 cm long, a torch, and a container. This work, which involves the risk of being stung by bees or falling, is done at the risk of their lives. Tualang honey contains enzymes, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and many other nutrients, and is said to be particularly excellent in antioxidants, and is truly a blessing from the Malaysian jungle.

Compared to Red Tualang, it has a higher degree of fermentation, and the amount that can be harvested in a year is limited, so it is difficult to obtain unless you make a reservation in advance, making it a valuable honey.
